The Citizen Journalism Awards for Excellence in the Student Category in the PeoPo, 2025 held an awards ceremony on the19th. Students from Dept. AJSC, the Ming Chuan School of Communication performed well and won in the student category.
The special topic “The Crisis of Mother Tongue Disappearance – Who Will Take the Baton for the Cultural Heritage of the Kanakana Fu People” in the Internship media of this department won the Student Category. The interview and production were conducted under the guidance of teachers Chiu Jui-hui and Chen Yi-hsuan from Dept. AJSC , and were carried out by fourth-year students Lin Chien-hua, Tan Hsiao-man, Wen Pei-ying, Tai Wan-hsin, and Li Yu-chien, along with Chen Yen-cheng from the Department of Applied English.
